Shipping Policy
Where We Ship
We ship within the United States, including all 50 states, Washington DC, US territories such as Puerto Rico, Guam and the US Virgin Islands, and APO, FPO and DPO military addresses.
We do not ship outside the United States at this time. If you are ordering from another country, email us at support@lovebeauty.blog and we will let you know as soon as international delivery becomes available.
Shipping Costs
Standard shipping is $8 on orders under $65, and free on orders of $65 or more within the United States. Express shipping is $15 on any order. Your shipping cost is always shown at checkout before you pay.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 5 to 10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. Our team prepares and dispatches orders Monday through Friday, so orders placed over a weekend or on a public holiday begin processing the next business day. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Tracking Your Order
Tracking information is sent by email as soon as your parcel is dispatched. Please allow up to 48 hours for the first scan to appear in the carrier system. If your tracking number has not updated after that window, contact us at support@lovebeauty.blog and we will look into it for you.
Incorrect Addresses
Please double check your delivery address at checkout. We are unable to reroute a parcel once it has been handed to the carrier, and orders returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address may be subject to a reshipping charge.
