Shipping Policy
All orders are processed within 5 to 10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Free shipping for orders over $65.
Order Processing
Our team prepares and dispatches orders Monday through Friday. Orders placed over a weekend or on a public holiday begin processing the next business day. Once your parcel leaves our facility you will receive an email containing your tracking number.
Tracking Your Order
Tracking information is sent by email as soon as your parcel is dispatched. Please allow up to 48 hours for the first scan to appear in the carrier system. If your tracking number has not updated after that window, contact us at support@lovebeauty.blog and we will look into it for you.
Incorrect Addresses
Please double check your delivery address at checkout. We are unable to reroute a parcel once it has been handed to the carrier, and orders returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address may be subject to a reshipping charge.
